Pulse Polio Immunization.

NAVODAYA MEDICAL COLLEGE, RAICHUR Department of Community Medicine Pulse Polio Immunization:

Department of Community Medicine took part in the Pulse polio Immunization 2018 by monitoring immunization at two booths at the Raichur railway station. The second round was held from 11th to 14th March 2018.The programme was attended by Dr. Bheemayya Badesab, vice principal,  prof and Hod, department of community medicine. Programme is co-ordinated by Dr .S.G. Hiremath, Professor, Department of Community Medicine. Interns and postgraduates participated actively in immunizing the children and monitoring immunization. A total of 397 children below the age of five years were immunized.
